CHASE AND ASSOCIATES CPAs, PC is a full service accounting and man­age­ment con­sulting firm star­ted in 1982.  Since then, it has grown to be­come the largest CPA firm head­quartered in the Great­er Prince Wil­liam Area.  The Firm has de­veloped a successful prac­tice serv­ing bus­inesses, profes­sion­als, individ­uals, not-for-profit organi­za­tions and invest­ment partner­ships.

CHASE AND ASSOCIATES CPAs, PC demands integrity, objectivity, compe­tence and due care from all of its personnel in the con­duct of its Accounting and Auditing, Tax Planning and Preparation, and Manage­ment Advisory Servic­es.  The Firm achieves this high degree of profession­alism through se­lective recruit­ment, continued self training , and through the use of tested quality control procedures.

CHASE AND ASSOCIATES CPAs, PC is a mem­ber of the American Insti­tute of Certified Public Accoun­tants (AICPA) Pri­vate Companies and SEC Practice Sections.  As a member of the sections, the Firm is required to undergo an inde­pendent peer re­view of the prac­tice every three years.  The review is carried out by other CPAs under the auspices of the AICPA and provides assurance that the Firm has an appropri­ate quality control system and that it is complying with that sys­tem.  In each of the Firm's peer reviews, it has been given the highest award, without a letter of comment.
